　　公司为中外合资企业，总部座落于厦门火炬高新区同集园，系高新技术企业。公司注册资金1000万美元，总投资2500万美元，主要从事生物制药、保健茶、生物茶、活性铁观音、活性普洱茶、茶食品、生物茶枕等茶叶制品的深加工、研发生产及销售。

　　公司总占地面积4.2万平方米，现已建成10000多平方米达十万级和三十万级净化标准的GMP生产车间，引进5条国际先进水平的现代化生产线和生物发酵车间。公司在2006年10月底已通过国家药品GMP认证，现拥有QS食品安全质量认证、ISO22000：2005国际食品安全质量体系认证、ISO9001：2000国际质量管理体系认证、出口卫生注册认证(检验检疫认证)。

　　厦门特伦生物茶业有限公司的前身是安溪官桥茶叶加工公司，创办于1984年，至今已有二十几年的历程。主营安溪乌龙茶、铁观音、生物茶系列、活性铁观音系列、活性普洱茶系列，茶食品系列、生物茶枕等茶叶制品的深加工、研发生产及销售。是目前国内唯一的第一个研发生产功能茶的高新技术企业。公司采用先进的生物发酵技术和生物催化技术，在保留茶原味不变的同时，降解农药残留，激活茶叶中的矿物质、微量元素等有益成份的活性，使之更大限度的让人体吸收，从而达到预防、保健、治疗、养生的功效。
